What is the deadly force laws inGA for:

1- Homeowners

2-In public places

3-In hotels

4-In a vehicle

I'm familiar with SC very well, but over the years the laws kinda blend together.

We have the usual "stand your ground" and "castle doctrine" laws.

You may defend yourself against an attack anywhere you have a legal right to be. There is no duty to retreat. There is civil immunity for the victims in self-defense cases as well.
