Robbery Foiled!

Today I heard a down-right awesome self-defense story. The story is vague because i'm unsure of all the details:

In my hometown a robber attempted to rob a liquor store. The clerk handed the money over to the robber. At that time either the clerk noticed the robber was unarmed or the robber had lowered his weapon. At that time the clerk pulled his gun on the would-be robber. Of all the things to do the robber immediately handed the clerk back his money.

I will post more after I find out more, but I just figured i'd share this awesome victory for packing citizens over the criminal element. :celebrate

Are they now going to charge the clerk with armed robbery?? Oh wait, this was SC not NY or Kalifornication.
