Would it be possible to get a "sticky" thread for all the relevent Washington RCW's and cases for OC?? Would be nice to have it all in one place.

We've tried to get stickies in the past but there seems to be a policy against them or some resistance to them. Not quite sure what prompted it but we've had to move the info over to http://www.nwcdl.org and click on the Downloads link.

This is State v. Casad. It is an Appelate Court case that has not, as of yet, been published and thus, is hard to cite since we have no actual document for it... we just know it exists.

This is part of the reason for nwcdl.org; we were tired of trying to get the attention of moderators on this, the second most active state forum on the site. We figured we'd create a Northwest-specific forum that we could make sure was moderated and "stickied" on a regular basis. ;)

Can someone download this and then put it on the nwcdl site under a new heading called "court decisions"?
