Quick question,

What are the laws for open carry at State Parks such as Sand Lake :question:

I have looked in the ORS's and OAR's and have found nothing regarding this issue. Maybe I am seriously over looking something or simply you can open carry.

Thanks for your reply. I'm going over the OAR's right now. 629-025-0050 states that you cannot have a "Loaded" firearm in a Rec. Area. So I assume you can have one as long as it is not loaded. No mag & clear chamber.

OAR 629-025-005 says nothing about CHL's. Does a CHL over-ride OAR 629-025-005??
