Anyone here from Warren or Warren County? I just moved here in Oct from Texas and Im wondering how they are here about open carry. As of yet I dont have a LTCF or even a DL but Im still thinking about OC'ing. I need to get a better holster first tho.

Anyone?

No need to have a DL to apply for a LTCF - you can do that right away - the DL # is only required "if available."
