So, if I intend to renew my CHP, I need to submit the renewal soon. I was printing out legislative code from LIS tonight in preparation. So, I was printing "§ 18.2-308[/b]. Personal protection; carrying concealed weapons; when lawful to carry" and when I printed it out, it ended up being 9 printed pages.
IIRC, it used to be quite short...like somewhere around 2 - 3 pages. Do I remember correctly? If so...WTF is happening? pre-emption is being torn apart and there's more attacks on it in the '08 session?
