Question, and sorry for talking so much. Are there any local ordinances or municipal codes preventing open carry in new castle? I ask cuz i live there. Thanks!

Just checked the City of New Castle ordinances and there's only something against the discharge of a firearm which carries a very light fine.

The only way to learn something you don't already know is to ask questions and/or do research yourself and teach yourself.

I do both here.

+1 New Castle is OK for OC. I just did it tonight in your neck of the woods.
