Starting a gun club may sound useless, but its really not. I'm wanting to start one for the anchorage/mat-su area, for a few reasons.

1. Meet new people, and share ideas.
2. Learn tips and tricks from others.
3. Shooting different handguns.
4. Group shoots.
5. etc; etc; etc;......

what u guys think?

I'm building a website to go along with this to better keep all informed.

I would be interested. I'm coming back up to Alaska on the first of March and once I get settled down with a job, I intend to do a lot of shooting. It would be nice to go with other people.

If anyone has a suggestion on a job opening, I'm all ears as well. :D

Http://tk-o.com is where you will find the website, still working on putting it together, been working on it for 5 hours straight, my eyes need a rest.

Site will focus on information and resources specific to Alaskans, including local politics, news, and activities.

Sounds like an awesome idea! Just by looking at the site it looks to be off to a great start. We should go over this at the meet next Sunday, and discuss ideas for the site and future club events.

Edit: I attempted to post in the forum on the new site, but it gave me an error message saying "Invalid Session. Please resubmit the form."
