You sounded great! I thought about calling in but I figured I'd sound like an idiot on the air. Doesn't sound too hopeful for him signing it though. :(

Saw this thread too late. Did his Excellency respond to your question?

I just heard your question being asked on WRVA at 1:00 p.m. during the local news update.

Kaine said something about law enforcemntnot liking the restaraunt bill? I'm not buying it; Maybe Col. Massengil A.K.A. General Douchebag said he doesn't like it.

Cool!

Of course I was away from my radio at that moment!!! But that is ok I hate the way I sound..

I wonder about massengill sometimes. He obviously has seen the worst in thousands of people and can't even comprehend that anyone who has a gun could be a "good guy".

Of course one guys word is better than 135k plus CHP holders...

The State Police were specifically asked in the Senate Courts of Justice if they had any concerns on the bill. They said, 'no.'

The only 'police' that came forward was in the House Militia, Police and Public Safety committee - it was the head of the ABC and he said he was there representing the Administration.

So if the police don't like the bill, they aren't saying so unless the Governor is directing them to say so (as the ABC guy said he was).
