I emailed Lt. Wilson, who no longer takes complaints, but is still wrapping up any he was involved with about the resolution of my complaint from the December 10 OC stop. Below is his response. Talk about dragging feet!

Hi Steve, Yes, I've been a little distracted; however I started the IA report on your complaint last week. It should be complete this weekend. I would imagine you'll be getting a letter from Lt. Holmes regarding the disposition of your complaint within two weeks. I did receive your attorney's letter as well. Bill
