Guess I misunderstood. thought he wanted to know about open carry only. Yes, the way I read it if you have a permit for concealed carry than you can opencarry with out penalty. However I would think that if they take this stance against open carry as a whole you are more likely to be stopped and hasseled. As long as you don't mind "Ejumacatin" the LEO's then open carry away!! (man I hope we get full pre-emption soon!!)
I would print off this part of the law and keep it with you "Just in case"
