We may want to ensure everyone has a voice recorder. I'm not aware of much OC activity in Vienna. Vienna also has its own police dept and they might not be up on OC legality. the below incident happened in Oakton which is just south of Vienna (and involved Ffx Co police, not Vienna PD)

I've been to a few such lunches with VCDL, one of them at That's Amore in Vienna (where I live).
I have no idea what Foster's policy is on this, does anyone know? I don't OC in Vienna restaurants much because I usually dine alone, and don't want the hassle. I mostly CC around here.
I have carried at Bob Evans and at IHOP without issue, but that's having my coat cover it while enterting, then sitting OC while dining. The manager at Bob Evan's has his CCW, by the way.
Any Plan B if Foster's is unfriendly?

Since it's in Manassas, I should be able to make it. Maybe even bring my best friend and her husband, who have gone from somewhat against, to marginal, to now looking into getting their own guns. And all because AbNo and I took them shooting (okay, maybe not fair, since the husband had already been shooting a few times, and their recent political revelations have them way more interested in self-defense)
