copied from another forum (http://womenandguns.servertalk.in/womenandguns-ftopic2620.html):

Second Amendment Sisters has arranged for space to assemble outside the Supreme Court Building at the DC Gun Ban Hearing (DC v. Heller) on March 18!

We'll be organizing around 9:00 AM. The hearing starts at 10:00 AM and is anticipated to run approximately 2 hours or a little more.

More information is available on the Maryland Chapter site, which can be reached from our main site at

http://www.2asisters.org (see "State Sites" in the left pane)

Please join us, wear appropriate apparel, and meet the SAS president, some of the officers, state coordinators, and other members, as well as our friends from Maryland Shall Issue and other organizations that advocate for our right to keep and bear arms!

Thanks for posting Tess. I'm not sure I can make it but if so it'd give me a chance to see the folks and stand up for the 2cd. Plus maybe come by for some coffee since you only live a hop and skip from my parents :^).

Unfortunately, I won't be there. We have a critical task due at work that day.

If you can only get by for a bit, please do. They expect to gather around 9, the hearing is at 10 and they expect it will last about 2 hours, then I presume there will be press.

Any chance of getting into the hearing itself? I doubt it, eveyone and his brother is going to be there. Probably crouds not seen since the big abortion protests. Then again I could be wrong.
