Why don't they take her car away?

If she said she felt like hurting someone else with a gun to kill herself, they would be arresting her, and, at least in MD, have support of case law to arrest, search, and confiscate all her "weapons".

I guess where she felt like possibly killing others with a car, she doesn't need to be committed. Swerving in front of someone to kill yourself could kill that person also.

Just more of the double standards we see everyday. Why are they not taking her car away? I bet she could go buy as many has she wants with no problems even though she has stated she has considered harming others.

"She said she even considered swerving into oncoming traffic to kill herself."
