Clement basically argued yesterday that 2nd Amendment was an individual right (in order to placate contributors), but that the Court shouldn't protect that right.

If he were arguing on the first amendment, he would say "The first amendment is not simply the right of Congress to speak for the people. It is the right of each individual to speak out. However, they can't criticize the government and any law that is passed that infringes on freedom of speech shouldn't be ruled on by this court."

Anyone who wants it to change should let the GOP know they're not getting a dime of your money.
