Washington resident OCing in Idaho??

That's what I thought. Wanted to make sure though. Growing up in AZ, it's normal to see everybody OC. Then I moved to WA and was under the assumption/misconception that my weapon had to be concealed at all times. I recently stumbled upon this website and now my eyes are wide open! Thanks for the reply.
