...in this instance he was not creeping around my yard, he was actually trying to get in.



If he were to get in...say half way through the window and you have your gun drawn. What now?

Dail 911 and drop the phone on the bed. Inform the uninvited guest that you are armed and order him or her out. Do this loud enough that the 911 operator can hear you.
