I've gotten some stuff otherwiose impossible to find from them. Prices are acceptable - especially if you are looking for things that otherwise do not exist (in other words, how badly do you want it?).

Service is reasonable - you will not get a foot massage and fruit slices in your sparkling water, but on the other hand you will not get cussed out for daring to want to give them $$.

YMMV.
