    Would it be legal to oc at speed street its a festivle for nascar and lots of vendors ect. live concerts free stuff ect. lots and lots of people 3-4000 people or more im not saying i would i just wanna noe

    Figured that would happen damnit . I know theres alot of crimes that go down. I wouldnt ever open carry at that event just because i know thats asking for trouble But good to know thanks man
