Probably means no significant gun legislation on the national level, which is true. The pro-gun progress has been exclusively on the state level.



I didn't watch the video, though. I'm not an idiot, contrary to what the MSM believes, and I can still read. Put it in goddamn print rather than expect me to mindlessly stare at moving pictures as a "gimmick". Whoops, rant over.
