Grocery store shoot out caught on tape, looks like the clerk got the drop on the BG as he entered the store with his own gun drawn, the clerk missed 12 times!

What about the person in the green jacket walking into the line of fire like nothing was going on. Darwin almost struck again.

WTF? twelve shotsat close range and every shot missed? That clerk needs to spendsome time at the shootingrange.

I'm glad no one got hurt though if that clerk had'nt had a pistol available we might've been reading about him having been murdered.

She hardly flinched with the gun being fired within a few feet of earshot. must be just another day walking the streets were shoot outs are common.

I'm surprised the clerk didn't shoot the perp when he had the chance. he had every right to do so. and one couldn't ask for a better green light than that.

Looks like the clerk has been watching too many movies and was holding his gun all sideways. No wonder he missed.

No kidding.. I have no idea what was wrong that person. Almost seemed like they wanted to get hit.

A store clerk involved in a shootout with a customer, caught on surveillance video at Villard Food and Liquor last Sunday, will not be charged.

    Uh-oh.

    Now the shooting's unjustified!

Once a criminal, always a criminal!

See, the fact that he had a gun obviously caused crime and blood running in the streets!

Good thing he didn't have any DUI's in his past...

Am I the only one who has a problem with a convicted felon NOT being charged for even possessing, let along deploying, a handgun?

    OMG!!!

OK, I just now noticed that the sights are mounted on the right side of the slide!!

Gangsta' style shooters can aim now!!!

It looks like the website used to work but is not something else. The hoax database had links to that sight for videos .

Seeing as prohibiting a felon from possessing a gun is unconstitutional anyway, you just might be alone in your sentiment. Think about it, the Second Amendment is to protect us from the government, the same government that would convict us of a felony. Sounds like a conflict of interests.

I am more concerned about this being represented as a shootout between the clerk and a "customer".
