What about the person in the green jacket walking into the line of fire like nothing was going on. Darwin almost struck again.

WTF? twelve shotsat close range and every shot missed? That clerk needs to spendsome time at the shootingrange.

I'm glad no one got hurt though if that clerk had'nt had a pistol available we might've been reading about him having been murdered.

HOLD THE FREAKIN PHONE!!! WTF is up with that person in the green jacket?!?!?!? Just stroll thru a gunfight...sheesh...
She hardly flinched with the gun being fired within a few feet of earshot. must be just another day walking the streets were shoot outs are common.

I'm surprised the clerk didn't shoot the perp when he had the chance. he had every right to do so. and one couldn't ask for a better green light than that.

Looks like the clerk has been watching too many movies and was holding his gun all sideways. No wonder he missed.

A store clerk involved in a shootout with a customer, caught on surveillance video at Villard Food and Liquor last Sunday, will not be charged.
Well... thats good....

The 23-year-old clerk involved was convicted of a felony drug charge in 2004, according to the the Milwaukee County district attorney’s office.
Wait....WTF?

Uh-oh.

Now the shooting's unjustified!

Once a criminal, always a criminal!

See, the fact that he had a gun obviously caused crime and blood running in the streets!

Good thing he didn't have any DUI's in his past...

Am I the only one who has a problem with a convicted felon NOT being charged for even possessing, let along deploying, a handgun?
