That is John Markell the owner/operator of Roanoke Firearms in the pictures, wait I just finished reading the article; he sold the store a few weeks back. Wow, I do not go in for a while and things change. He took a lot of heat over the VA Tech shooting and had press on his doorstep for a few weeks and some threats to his life as one of the guns used was bought as his store in Roanoke. The guys there are great to work with and John is a great guy!!

If you watch the video of the report, you can see that VCDL's booth at the gun show is shown a coupleof times. Yet another example of how well known VCDL is getting around the state and of how important volunteers to run the booths are.As a VCDL member, Iwould like to send out a quick thanks to everyone around the commonwealthwho helpsspread the word about VCDL in this way. I just wish my work schedule would let me help out with it myself.
