Note: This is a Lafayette, Indiana newspaper poll. Since Purdue is in West Lafayette, the CJ is presumably 'polling the campus' and will use the results for a story. Also, the State of Indiana does not prohibit carry on campus. Although, I can tell you that many years ago, the Purdue Student Handbook prohibited guns on campus. Lots of us had them anyway. We just flew under radar. I suspect many still do.

If you haven't hit the pole, please do so. If the results are positive, then at least the CJ can't paint it negative based on the numbers... School there will be out in a couple of weeks, so expect a story soon.

I wish there was an option for "No, any student, with or without permit, should be able to carry a gun on campus." :?


Remember, at 99.99% of universities, anyone can carry a gun with a "proper permit"... it's just that the "proper permit" they require is an LEO ID.
