I have a CCW permit issued to me by the state of Utah under guidance through Marylands Firearms Training Group,

Instructor Craig Collins: Is the best there is...!!!!

Asa resident of Virginia I was wondering if open carry was legal in VA with a Utah CCW Permit?????????

I have OC'ed a few times here and there within Northern Virginia area and never once was hassled or bug eyed......but there were that many few...

Open carry is legal in Virginia without a permit of any kind as long as you abide by the places off-limits, and are legally allowed to possess the firearm.
