How would I go about being able to open carry in Pa? I have the concealed permit but I didn't even know open carry was possible.

Welcome to OCDO!

Nothing simpler.

Just stick on a holster and put a gun it.

Check on the map page http://www.opencarry.org Click on the map of PA, and it will provide helpful info.

I'm not a PA resident so I can't add much more.

Do pay attention to the details. I think there are restrictions on car carry. And of course, there are certain places you can't carry.

Technically, you have a LTCF, not a permit. If you look at the license, it states"license to carry firearms". It means you are licensed to carry concealed, if you want to. You are not required to.

But, since you do have a LTCF, there are no restrictions on open carrying, i.e. in your car, in Philthydelphia, andduring a declared state of emergency.

The only placesyou are restricted from OC is where you would already be restricted from CC. Unless of course we're talking someone elses property, in which case the rules change.

Not sure if you live in PA or not, but if not, the open carry is completely legal. As for having the weapon in your vehicle, as I recall, that ANY States CCW, CHL, etc. makes you legal to have it in your car.
If you do live in PA, the the LTCF makes it legal to carry in your car.
