Burglar caught and held at gunpoint by store owner

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY.com) -- Police in Newport News say the owner of a military surplus store, who had staked out his own propertyafter being previously burglarizeddetained a man at gunpoint who he caught red-handed breaking into the store. Two other suspects escaped, but were apprehended a short time later.
Police tell WAVY.com that all three are active-duty military police officers stationed at Langley Air Force Base.
We're told that the owner of CQB Military Surplus in the 14300 block of Warwick Blvd. had experienced an attempted burglary a couple of days ago and had decided to stay overnight for a few nights to see if someone would try to break in again.
This morning at around 3:00 a.m., he heard breaking glass in his business and confronted three men with his gun drawn. He held one of the men at bay while the other two fled. Police responded and were able to arrest the other two.
Charged are:
Scotty Harold Light, 20, who resides on Langley Air Force Base
John Jacob Solecki, 20, who also resides on Langley Air Force Base
They are each charged with one count of Burglary, one count of Attempt Grand Larceny, and one count of Conspiracy to Commit Burglary
Also charged is:
Timothy Michael Wiggins, 20, of Marcus Street in Newport News
He's charged withone count each of Burglary and Conspiracy to Commit Burglary.

Looks like they are gonna get an article 32 and then a long stretch of jail time.

Why the hell would MPs even think of doing such a thing when they know what will happen to them or maybe they weren't thinking longer then their nose so to say.
