Oregon ok to OC?

I am an Oregon resident with an Oregon CHL. I know it is honored by ID to CC, but am I ok to OC? I could not find anything to tell me one way or another.

Idaho has no law against open carry, it's written into their state constitution, and they have preemption.

Feel free to open carry in Idaho.

Rights guaranteed in a constitution apply to any American in that state, whether residing, vacationing or passing through. You can go to church there, or write a letter to the editor of an Oregonian newspaper, or tell the cops you don't consent to a warrantless search, right?

Yes, anyone legally in the United States... and that would include you.

If you can legally own a firearm, you can OC in Idaho, resident or not.

I should have had it in my first post, but are you talking loaded or unloaded. Some cities in OR allow OC, but only unloaded without an OR liscense, but loaded with one. I guess they expect you to just pistol whip an attacker.
