Open Carry when fishing/boating PA

Do you have a LTCF? Then I'd be of the opinion that it is legal, as I believe that boat would be construed as "motor vehicle".

If you're carrying in a place (i.e. state park) where carry is banned by regulation, the worst you could be hit with is a ticket.

Now, whether you'll be hassled by the conservation officers for open carrying... is a different story. I don't have any experience with them.
