Dustin (or mod) Would you please clean up/remove the non-functioning image line in the OP so this thread isn't nearly 2 screens wide for no useful reason. Thnks.
As to the Px4, my initial impression without having handled or shot it is no, I wouldn't buy it unless the rest of my "want" list were in the safe and that is a long list.
1) I really hate the Glock style take down buttons
2) I have yet to shoot or handle a Beretta that fits me well ergonomically
3) There are already about 10 pistols on my list I really, really want and excepting the rotating barrel I find nothing even intriguing about this one
4) It's ugly
5) Very ugly
6) Did I mention how much I hate the Glock style take down buttons?
If I ever have the chance to shoot one I may change my mind. Until then, I already have a long list to acquire.
!. I agree. I don't necessarily "hate" them, but Beretta had a takedown system that I liked.
2. YMMV - the 90-2 and the 84 seem to have good handling for me in this regard.
3. Same. Other pistols are much higher priority. But, if we're talking "funds are not a problem" - sure, I'd like more.
4. I can deal with an ugly firearm, so long as it's a functional firearm.
5. Eh, ok, a good looking pistol doesn't hurt - when my girlfriend bought the 84, a lot of the decision was based on the look of it. Satin Nickel and wood grips? Good to go.
6. As long as they don't use the takedown buttons like the Wilson Combad ADP, I'm ok.
