We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Missouri is not a pre-empted OC state. Lots of communities have ordinances against OC. The problem with St. Louis County (and most of the St. Louis metro area) is that there are tons of little towns all over that you pass in and out of without even realizing it.

While the OC laws are a mess. you are allowed to carry in your car. If it's legal for you to own a gun, you can have it in your vehicle. Your car is just like your home.
Now if we can just get the state law fixed next session.
