Makes sense to me. If you're looking to make a political statement, I might go with ceramic plate body armor, as opposed to a concealable fibrous vest. At least, I think it'd be entertaining to see a kid sitting in a college classroom with Interceptor body armor or an MTV.

At the last gun show I went to there was a guy selling body armor who had a sign taped to it that read something to the like of, "Perfect for students!" :lol:
