He will be discussing the ongoing saga of PA police confiscating peoples lawfully owned firearms in an attempt to continue the long standing SOP of checking the guns for ownership.
Problem being, they have no authority to check and they are checking against a database that the PA Supreme Court has ruled is not an ownership database
