MT has always refused to acknowledge the lawful transport of firearms on transit vehicles and property. I sent them another letter today about it.
IT has privately acknowledged it to me, and supposedly issued a training document to their staff. I know of exactly one person who works for them who has seen this. Ever other operator I have spoken with still thinks no guns allowed, or fall back on myths like "It's a federal crime to carry a gun on a bus" etc....
I emailed IT to ask when their drivers would be trained on the subject and when they would change their illegal no weapons policy.
If both agencies continue to play nasty I will contact Randy Loun and see about getting some letters written as a percourser to possible legal action.
