According to this site (http://www.bondforfeitures.com/email...forcement_.htm), you need to be Act 235 certified.

I'm a former hunter. To cover yourself from arrest and slightly minimize some of the liability you should get your Act 235 card. Covers you carryingwhile working. There are some places in philly that give the course over a weekend or two.

    Good luck.

You need the Act 235 certification since you're carrying a firearm relative to your employment. Carrying openly or concealed is immaterial.

Out-of-state training may or may not qualify as a exemption to the Act 235 training requirement. Pennsylvania laws, however, are different from Delaware laws, so your previous training may not count.

Contact the Pennsylvania State Police for specifics: http://www.psp.state.pa.us/psp/cwp/b...=0&C=33305

Statkowski is 100% correct... Get the card. I was an off duty cop hunting and I got the card to cover myself.

How about stopping in at a Pennsylvania open carry dinner as a "thanks"?
