I see nothing wrong with his posting of the story - this is how we bring these things to light to that others may learn, and the police may correct their procedures.

Well, I have seen FOIA reports that contained posts that the person made on an internet forum, and if the story you give them varies at all with the story that is posted, they will use that against you.

Well, the best way to help would be to open carry in Pittsburgh as often as possible. Recruit some friends, too.


Anyhow, it's kind of water under the bridge now as far as removing the detailed story. I was under the impression that as a general rule of thumb, one should only post a brief account, until his lawyer advises him that it is prudent to post the full account.

I made the mistake of posting the whole story of what happened to me, purely to get advice and moral support, and being disheartened by the forum I posted it to to the point of not caring enough to pursue it further.
