So, while surfing YouTube for Supreme Court decision vids, one of the comments a poster had left made me laugh. It's a great line.


"So, you guys remember when they banned drugs, and the drugs disappeared? No? Neither do I..."

Good, simple way to make the point.

Banning or prohibiting things with laws does not eliminate that thing, it just quantifies the punishment for it and, for the majority of law abiding citizens, deters it.
