No biggie, but just an example of how things can change every 7/1 in VA. There is alsomore scrutiny givenin the investigatory process concerning mental health issues as a result of theVT incident. As a general rule, one should apply in plently of time for the process to be completed prior to the annual tightening of exisitng laws, because you never know what further roadblocks will be put in your way in obtaining the CHP.
