We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Thousands of hours of OC have been clocked by members here with only about a half dozen LEO encounters. All but one ended in the OCers walking away wth LEO being a little more educated on the topic.
One guy in So Cal was just ticketed for misdemeanor loaded carry (his mags were separate and gun was not loaded). It has yet to go to court and the guy has the NRA's attorney on the case so I expect it will go away soon, but no word as of yet. He did not actually violate the law so I don't see this as a test case for 12031's constitutionality
