So I was chatting with a female friend who had just found out I carried. She snaps at me about how she knows guys who do that and they're paranoid. Then she says "I mean, do you really think someone is out to get you?". I replied, "lol No! Of course not. If I thought someone was out to get me, I'd have my shotgun, not a handgun." She stepped back and thought for a moment, then said, "oh, I guess that makes sense.." lol!!

I saw the fire in her eyes dim, and she relaxed and realized that I wasn't a paranoid psycho . I wish more people would respond to simple logic.

I had this GREAT picture of the Heavy from TF2 hefting his minigun, with the line "I don't have to be careful, I've got GUN" underneath.

I can't find it right now....

No one, no one in the world has a right to pass any laws infringing on our rights to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

The socialist politicians don't want us to have any guns because they are well aware that their socialist programs could, and will, cause unrest, uprising and revolution. That is why our forefathers put the Second Amendment into place so as to protect ourselves from government tyranny. They knew there would be people who want what we own and are willing to threaten and cause bodily harm to get it.

Anti-gun politicians don't want women to have a gun and to use that gun to protect themselves from an ex boyfriend or husband who beats the hell out of her. They say "An order of protection will protect you" That is the most asinine statement anyone could say to a bruised woman with black eyes, broken nose and teeth knocked out.[/align]
