  • Why are there separate 'petitions to consider' and 'petitions to adopt' the RKABA resolution?
  • For instance, how is a topic placed on a Board's agenda?
  • What is the significance of being on the Board's agenda?
  • Can't we merely sign-up for 'public comment' as allowed by law?
  • Isn't one such request/petition-signature for an agenda item sufficient?
  • How does the Chairman of the Board control his Board of Supervisors?
  • Can statute be used to direct the Chairman/Board?
