I contacted that local sheriffs office in vale to see if they issue out of state permits due to what i read on the oregon state website.

I am gonna study up on oregon law so i can OC in ontario.

has anyone had any experiences as an out of stater in eastern oregon

got a response from MCSO in vale.

The sheriff chooses to issue out of state permits to idahoans.

you have to jump thru hoops to get the cc permit so you can open carry in portland metro.

they only consider issuing permits to nevadians and idahoans if the county they live in borders malheur county.
