Serpa tension screw

When I'm at work I carry my Glock 22 in a level III Serpa. When I first bought the holster I did not adjust the tension screw at all because when I tried it, I was not able to get my gun out of the holster. As I've become more adept with the holster, I have adjusted the tension screw a little at a time gradually until it is cannot be turned any more. Now my holster is a true level III. My question to all of you who use Serpa holsters is how tightly are you able to adjust the tension screw while still being able to draw your weapon relatively easily?
