These guys have a LONG poll with good questions. This same group ran a poll after the VT massacre, and we did not hit it hard enough.

dunno for sure, but last time they published breakdowns of responses by age, income, education, etc.

It's a shame that "For what purpose do you own a gun?" wasn't multiple-answer...

"Should convicted fellons [sic] be allowed to own guns?" and "Should mentally ill people be allowed to own guns?" are poorly worded as they don't specificy whether they are talking about when these people are still in institutions, or out in public. I picked "yes" on both to skew the results a bit...

I answered "Do you personally know anyone who has been a victim of a crime that involved a gun in the past three years?" as "yes" to account for OCers who were unlawfully detained (a crime) for OCing (a gun). :)

And I was forced to pick "liberal" for "political views"...
