I would be looking for a designated "protest/picket area" where we could carry signs and not interfere with the work of the department. We would also need a connected road or driveway on federal property.
IANAL but getting the handguns to federal property would appear to me to be covered by FOPA, and carry on Department property would be covered by Department regulations in the CFR. I am also concerned about concurrent juristictionagreements. Any thoughts?
