I picked up a new recorder, so no longer need this one. It is in perfect condition, no scuffs, scrapes, etc. I no longer have the manual, but it is available from Olympus via download.

Here are the basic stats:

[*]PC compatible through direct USB PC link
[*]Three recording modes with four folders
[*]Fast/slow playback with jog-dial navigation
[*]25 hours of recording/play on 2 AAA batteries
