Why not start a petition in all states that don't have unrestricted open carry. Let's show them thatthis movement iseverywhere. Someone from each state can do it. Maybe start petitions for state preemption in the ones that don't have it. Let's really show 'em that we are huge and moving forward toward regaining our 2A right.
