I plan on beginning to Open Carry soon. What do I need in the way of pocket references, phone numbers, etc to be ready for this?

    I've already found this http://www.utahconcealedcarry.com/sh...ah_Gun_Law.pdf

    and this, http://www.utahconcealedcarry.com/sh...lawbooklet.pdf

so no need to mention those.

Is there a phone number list for support in case of an LEO encounter?

There is a phone list. PM ScottyT, I believe he created it.

Don't forget the voice recorder. That could be the most valuable item you carry.

Mitch Vilos needs to make a pocket version of UGL3rd, and a holster for it.

I'd buy it, then do dry fire practice:P
