Hello, all.

I just wanted to take a moment, and let you all know that Mr. Fetters is being represented by Mr. Steven Dulan.

His website is http://www.stevenwdulan.com , and his email is steve@stevenwdulan.com

From what Venator posted, Mr. Dulan has significantly lowered his fees to accommodate Mr. Fetters.

If you have a moment, please write Mr. Dulan and thank him for his contribution. I would like him to know that we appreciate his efforts. Especially when Mr. Fetters is standing in the courtroom next to him. (A spot few of us would enjoy standing in.)

I didn't post this, it was posted by someone else. I do know that Steven told me some time agothathe would give a break in his fees to anyone in regards to firearm rights. I also think attorney Jim Simmons feels the same way.

My apologies, sir, I may have misread the thread, or not clarified my statement. I think I read in your post that information. I did not mean to imply that you had first-hand knowledge that this was the case.

EDIT: My reference was regarding this post.

Again, my apologies for any confusion.

SECOND EDIT: Damn it, I can not find that thread that said Steve had lowered his fees. It also stated that 500 dollars was needed to get started. That was why the 500 point was so key in the defense fund.

Someone tell me they remember that, too? Or do I need to visit a therapist for these hallucinations?

Along with messages of appreciation, be sure that these attorneys (any that have verifiably reduced their rates or do pro bono work to support gun rights issues) are well-publicized here and given word-of-mouth referrals for other legal work.

Our support of them to increase their business overall will help them to financially maintain their reduced fee or free (pro bono) advocacy on gun-rights cases.

Again, be sure it is verified such attorneys have in fact reduced or eliminated their normal fees.
