Please delete if this in inappropriate. I'm not anti-LEO, 99.9% of Colorado law enforcement officers deserve respect and perform an amazing job. Some of the 0.1% were caught though, 9news broadcast a blatent violation of rights:

The Denver PD officers didn't know they were being filmed as they beat the hell out a guy in front of Coors field. If the story is correct, they lied under oath.

If I know I "might" cross a Denver city limit line I'll CC, but I wonder what would have happened to that guy if he had a legal permit to CC and was armed. I think he would be in a grave today. Maybe OC should remain illegal in Denver, if it was "legal" they might just have rooftop snipers to take you out if you run a red light.

As far as I'm concerned, these men should be stripped of their jobs, criminally charged, sued personally under color of law violations, and put into general population of a prison in Colorado.
